We typically dispatch packages within business 2 days of receiving payment OR for ready-made items and within 48 hours of the end of production (specified on each individual product sheet) for made-to-order leather goods (except for special requests and agreed with the customer). Orders are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you require delivery with a signature upon receipt, please select UPS Extra and contact us in advance, as an additional cost will apply. You will receive a tracking link to monitor your package online, no matter which shipping option you choose.

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping charges vary based on the total weight of the order. We recommend combining items into a single order to minimize shipping costs. Please note that we cannot combine multiple orders placed separately, and each order will incur its own shipping fees.

All packages are fully insured during shipping, and we take extra care to protect fragile items. Your order will be safely packaged and shipped with the utmost attention to detail to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use appropriately sized boxes and high-quality packing materials to protect your purchases.


Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For ready-made leather goods such as small and medium leather items, we offer the option for returns and exchanges. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

However, for custom-made products—crafted with specific leathers, colors, sizes, and custom features tailored to your exact requirements—returns are not accepted. These products are created just for you, and once made, they are as unique as a tailored suit; who else would wear it but you? Just like a bespoke jacket made from your chosen fabric, these products cannot be resold or reused by others, making them ineligible for returns.
